Fernanda Toussaint

Hello! My name is Fernanda Toussaint and I’m 16 years old. I live in Monterrey Mexico with my mom and my three siblings. When I was little, every Sunday I sat by my grandma’s couch to watch her and my dad play the piano. I always found it very interesting but I preferred to stick to dance class. When I turned 6 years old, my dad started teaching me the piano and I really enjoyed it. It was then when I realized that I could have more than one passion or hobby in my life. I started taking piano classes and up to now I am still in them. That moment of realization taught me a really big lesson: that if you follow a certain path in your life and you mess up or fail at something, you can get back up and follow a different one. Changing paths doesn’t really mean you made a wrong choice, it usually means that you are changing for the better so your path also changes for the better. I always had a thing for the brain. It just amazes me how something as little as it can do a lot of work. As a piano player, music is mostly centered in our brains so I always enjoyed to do a little research about how it influences our lives. Also, my dad’s side of the family is filled with successful business men and I was always curious about how they started. By asking myself about this topics, I realized that in the future I want to study something related to them. Since they are my favorite subjects, I want to share them with you so you can love them as well as I do.

Carolina Trevino

My name is Carolina Treviño García and I was born in Mexico in February 4 of 2004. When I was just a new born baby my dad got a job in Rome, Italy which meant my parents, my sister and I had to move. My sister, Anabella is two years older than me and she’s the only sibling I have. We lived three years in Rome-maybe that’s why I’m so in love with pizza and pasta. When I was four years old I returned to Mexico and discovered my favorite hobbies; gymnastics and ballet. My dream when I was younger was to become a professional ballerina, but these days I don’t think that’s what I’m meant to be. On the other hand, I like drawing. I go to arts class twice a week to practice my skills. I’ve drawn pictures of my cousin, with makes her really happy. I like to enjoy music and express yourself through art. One of my biggest dreams has always been selling my big pieces of art, studying Architecture and having a successful marriage.

Michelle Gonzalez

Hello, my name is Michelle and I am 15 years old and I was born in April 27th of 2004. I live in the city of Monterrey. I studied high school at CECVAC school, it’s a school of only girls and I really loved that, but now I study at Prepa Anáhuac San Agustin, and I really like this High School because I met a lot of new people and I had new friends. I’ve lived my whole life in Monterrey, Mexico with my family. We are five at my family, my two parents, called Marcelo and Lizbeth, that are both 43 years old, my oldest brother Marcelo that is 18,  and my youngest brother named Martel that is 13. All of my family loves sports. My two brothers love to play soccer. Marcelo has played at Rayados but now he’s looking forward to go to a University at United States, and Martel, the youngest, is playing soccer at Irlandes. I really love to play basketball, I have been playing it since I was 6 years old. I found out that basketball is really my passion. In my free time, I love to play because it helps me to relax, get out all of my stress and it’s also really fun to play it. I have been at a lot of tournaments at the selection of Nuevo León. It’s really fun to travel with your friends to play but it’s really a lot of sacrifice, you need to train all day every day, including Saturday and Sunday, but anyways i still love to play.

If you still don’t find your passion, don’t worry, you would find it. I think that having a passion is the best thing you can have because is something you really love to do and at the same time benefits you!
